The Grout-Aide Tile Marker will instantly return the seams between the tiles to their original appearance. The joint renewal fluid is non-toxic, without chemical additives. Fungicides that prevent the formation of mold have been added to it. The solution itself creates a waterproof film, as a result of which the tile can be washed.
The liquid solution in one pencil is enough to draw a line about 175 feet (5.3 m) long. Initially, the Grout Aide & Tile Marker marker must be shaken for about 30 seconds, then remove the lid and press the pen accurately on a piece of paper (to protect the table surface) until a white solution appears.
